We are a small manufacturer of Artisan Pasta using organically grown local wheat, Spelt, Buckwheat and toasted Rye.

Each ingredient has its own distinctive taste producing a wholesome and naturally flavorful pasta.

Extruded in small batches on bronze cutting dies and slowly air dried, Noola is a pasta that has the right texture and surface to optimize sauce adhesion.

We also make a delicious Italian style pasta from high quality Canadian Durum Semolina.

What's great about our pasta ???  it's a dry pasta that cooks fast and retains the quality and texture of fresh pasta.
